Vicki Bruce encourages early and adult literacy and her picture books reflect her beliefs! She not only produces her own books and sells them on Amazon, she has helped many other aspiring authors to create and publish their beautiful works. Vicki travels to schools and libraries with her entertaining author visits and enjoys every moment. Her books all have a spark of humor and a message that hits homes with parents, teachers and children. Vicki gives back to the community by donating partial proceeds to local community needs.

I am not just a children’s picture book author. With a beautiful illustrator and friend Faye Wright Vicki created ‘Old Adages for the Young at Heart’ series to help elderly with dementia or vision issues to enjoy books of their own. All of the proceeds are donated to Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry.
