         Summer is still in full swing here in Brock Township, so why not go out and enjoy the environment in your local area? All of our towns have their own lovely green spaces and parks open for all to enjoy.

  • The Beaverton Ball Park, located at 176 Main Street, is fully equipped with two lit baseball diamonds, benches and a playground area;
  • The Beaverton Centennial Park, located at the intersection of Concession 9 and Regional Road 47, has a large picnic area, sandy beach and ample parking;
  • The Beaverton Harbour Park, situated next to the Beaverton Harbour, has a splash pad, accessible playground, large picnic area and public washrooms, and a public boat launch;
  • The Beaverton King Street Park, across from the Beaverton Public School, is home to a modern playground, amateur ball diamond and an outdoor tennis court;
  • The Mill Gateway Park, in the downtown core of Beaverton, is equipped with a basketball court, skateboard park and playground equipment;
  • The Cannington MacLeod Park, located beside the Rick MacLeish Memorial Community Centre, offers a double service tennis court, permanent concrete skateboard park, nature trails, modern playground area and a large picnic shelter;
  • The Manilla Park, just South of Highway 7 on the West side of Simcoe Street, features a lit ball diamond and playground area;
  • The Port Bolster Park & Brock Soccer Park, located off Concession 1 and Thorah Park Blvd, is home to a picnic area, boat launch and playground area; and,
  • The Sunderland Park, beside the Sunderland Memorial Arena, has a basketball court, skateboard park, tennis court, Baseball diamonds, picnic shelter and a playground with accessible equipment.
